What you will do

• Assess and implement robust MLOps frameworks, governance, and best practices.
• Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML systems including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop generative AI and agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Architect cloud-native AI solutions across Azure, GCP, AWS, and Databricks.
• Embed ethical, explainable, and responsible AI lifecycle mechanisms.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions drive business value.

Requirements

• Must have resided in the UK for the last 5 years.
• Experience in consulting or industry with a consulting mindset and ability to work in matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record designing and delivering AI/ML solutions at scale with MLOps strategy and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of generative and agentic AI, including RAG pipelines and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing cloud-native AI architectures across major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Proficiency with AI/ML pipeline automation tools and CI/CD containerization technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating AI system performance and quality assessment frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern data patterns like lakehouse architectures and vector databases.
• Familiarity with API gateways, event streaming, and integration patterns.
