What you will do

• Develop, improve, and productionise ML and LLM-based features addressing hierarchical classifications, personalized content filtering, and networking heterogeneous text data.
• Deploy scalable ML/DL solutions using primarily Azure cloud architecture.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ground research proposals on complex, high-dimensional data.
• Continuously innovate and apply latest AI/ML research to new products and services.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional ML experience, ideally in NLP domain
• Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques and model selection.
• Proficient in writing clear, robust, testable Python code.
• Confident with SQL and NoSQL/graph databases.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, data modelling, and cloud-based software architecture.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts across the business

Nice to have

• Experience building and deploying LLM-based agentic solutions in production.
• Understanding of recommender system principles.
• Proven proficiency via GitHub, Stack Overflow, or Kaggle contributions.
• Interest or experience in neurosymbolic AI.
