What you will do
- Design, build, and ship well-tested features across the platform.
- Take ownership of user stories from refinement through to production and support.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to improving code quality.
- Participate in incident investigation and support to improve system reliability.
- Continuously develop technical skills and broaden understanding of the wider system.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production software as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with at least one modern backend or frontend language (e.g., Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python).
- Understanding of core engineering fundamentals like APIs, data modelling, testing, and version control.
- Enjoy solving problems end-to-end and taking responsibility.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in the UK to receive share options.
