What you will do

• Design, build, and ship well-tested features across the platform.
• Take ownership of user stories from refinement through to production and support.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to improving code quality.
• Participate in incident investigation and support to improve system reliability.
• Continuously develop technical skills and broaden understanding of the wider system.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping production software as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with at least one modern backend or frontend language (e.g., Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python).
• Understanding of core engineering fundamentals like APIs, data modelling, testing, and version control.
• Enjoy solving problems end-to-end and taking responsibility.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK to receive share options.
