What you will do

• Build and maintain systems powering hirify.global’s flagship AI products using ML Python stack and Rails app.
• Collaborate closely with ML Scientists to bring prototypes to production ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Partner with product teams to shape AI-powered product experiences.
• Contribute across all software development phases including ideation, prototyping, implementation, and testing.
• Mentor and support career development of other engineers.
• Raise technical standards for performance, reliability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany with hybrid work policy requiring office presence at least three days per week
• 7+ years of experience shipping high-quality software products.
• Strong software engineering skills with deep knowledge of high-level programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript).
• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Strong technical fundamentals, analytical approach, and willingness to learn ML on the job.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level (job posting in English)
