What you will do
- Hire, coach, and develop the pre-sales team in Germany.

- Support increased ROI of Solutions Architect involvement in sales cycles.
- Ensure solution and value-based selling within the field engineering organization.
- Engage with key customer executives to build and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Align closely with partners and internal services to secure implementation strategies.
Requirements
- Must have experience building and managing pre-sales teams.
- Technical or consulting background in Data Engineering, Database technologies, or Data Science.
- Proven ability in strategic planning and sales forecasting in consumption-driven business.
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional leaders.
- Passion for data, AI market, and cloud software models.
- English proficiency is a must; German language highly preferred.
