What you will do

  • Lead the full technical sales process from identifying customer pain points to delivering solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and co-own accounts in assigned European territories.
  • Develop territory plans, conduct sales calls, and lead technical evaluations including Proof of Value/Concept sessions.
  • Improve internal processes and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Represent customer needs in cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering.
  • Participate in industry events and company offsites.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years experience as a Solution Engineer or similar in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Fluency in English and local language of the covered market (DACH/UK/Spain/Italy/France).
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven ability to guide customers through complex sales cycles and translate technical details into business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Structured and calm problem-solving approach under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony technologies.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.
