What you will do
- Lead the full technical sales process from identifying customer pain points to delivering solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and co-own accounts in assigned European territories.
- Develop territory plans, conduct sales calls, and lead technical evaluations including Proof of Value/Concept sessions.
- Improve internal processes and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
- Represent customer needs in cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering.
- Participate in industry events and company offsites.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience as a Solution Engineer or similar in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Fluency in English and local language of the covered market (DACH/UK/Spain/Italy/France).
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to guide customers through complex sales cycles and translate technical details into business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Structured and calm problem-solving approach under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony technologies.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.
