What you will do

• Work directly with the Chief Innovation Officer to introduce generative AI across research, business processes, internal tools, and executive support
• Analyze and reimagine business workflows around AI capabilities rather than automating old processes
• Build business cases and opportunity briefs to drive AI adoption and strategic decisions
• Contribute to internal AI tooling such as prompt libraries and evaluation frameworks
• Coordinate cross-functional AI projects and support leadership with decision-ready materials
• Help non-technical teams adopt AI in their workflows and remove friction for executives

Requirements

• Must be currently studying or recently graduated from a leading university
• Strong English communication skills
• Top-tier academic foundation with genuine AI enthusiasm and strategic thinking
• Ability to track emerging AI models and translate technical possibilities into business value
• Basic coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar are a major plus
• Full-time commitment for 6–12 months (students) or permanent (graduates)

• Experience with AI development frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Personal AI projects or contributions to AI communities and open-source
• Prior fast-paced tech company experience
