Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager (Software): Managing end-to-end delivery of software and hardware projects including implementations, professional services, and internal development with an accent on customer satisfaction and project scope management. Focus on leading multiple concurrent projects, risk and resource management, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet contractual obligations and customer expectations.

What you will do

• Manage delivery of diverse projects including customer implementations, product enhancements, and internal process improvements
• Lead multiple projects concurrently and initiate customer-facing engagements
• Oversee all project phases from initiation to closing, managing scope, budget, schedule, risks, and resources
• Collaborate with business and product analysts to define requirements and deliverables
• Estimate effort and duration, participate in resource planning, and support project teams' daily work
• Coordinate and facilitate customer meetings and deliver accurate management reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience managing software and/or hardware implementation or development projects
• Relevant post-secondary degree, diploma or certification
• PMP, CSM, and/or PRINCE2 certifications are strong assets
• Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and project management skills
• Experience managing scope, schedules, risks, and resources
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of seniority
• Ability to innovate and pre-empt client requirements
