What you will do

• Own and orchestrate complex digital and design projects across campaigns, websites, product, and live event environments.
• Act as the central connector between branding, marketing, product, events, and digital teams to keep priorities aligned and delivery on track.
• Lead and mentor design projects, setting clear standards and acting as a senior escalation point.
• Build and run robust project frameworks including schedules, milestones, and resource plans across multiple projects.
• Manage senior stakeholders with confidence, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and changes.
• Identify risks, unblock delivery, manage change, and continuously improve work processes through performance tracking and reviews.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with 2–3 days per week in London office
• English: Proficient (B2 level or higher)
• Experience leading complex, multi-stream design projects end to end.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and allocate design resources effectively.
• Experience working in global, event-led businesses with shifting priorities and timelines.
