What you will do

• Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline and optimize sales processes and implement sales enablement tools.
• Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data accuracy.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, customer success, marketing, and finance teams.
• Oversee the implementation and management of revenue operations technologies like CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Assist in the development of revenue forecasts based on sales pipeline data and monitor performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
• Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
• In-depth, technical knowledge of Hubspot is a must-have.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive and self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able and willing to work in a hybrid model in Amsterdam.
