What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track and visualize marketing funnel performance from prospects to closed revenue.
- Partner with Lead Generation and Sales teams to analyze and optimize the client acquisition funnel and deliver actionable insights.
- Establish standardized reporting cadences for funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, attribution, and ROI.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, and support end-to-end campaign measurement.
- Independently own the full lifecycle of data and insights delivery, from ETL to analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Support data governance by implementing automated data quality checks, maintaining metric definitions, and ensuring data consistency and integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a B2B software or tech environment supporting demand/lead generation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
- Strong SQL proficiency with demonstrated experience transforming raw data into business performance metrics.
- Solid experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, with strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Proficient in using DBT to manage data workflows; experience with GitLab is a plus.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to define metrics, gather requirements, and deliver scalable data solutions.
