TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days a week in one of the offices in Ghent (Belgium), London (UK), Gouda (Netherlands), or Luxembourg.

What you will do

  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to ensure data accuracy and correct opportunity progression.
  • Assist the sales team with "Deal Desk" activities, including proposal generation and compliance.
  • Create and distribute weekly sales performance reports using Salesforce.
  • Provide first-line support to the sales team for process questions and tool usage.
  • Proactively identify and correct data errors in account and contact records.
  • Assist in rolling out and managing modern sales tools, including AI tools.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Admin, or commercial support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (power user or junior admin).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Process-oriented with strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Interest in how systems integrate (APIs, Webhooks, data schemas).

Nice to have

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with CPQ tools (DealHub) or BI tools (Looker).
  • Exposure to or strong interest in other GTM tools like HubSpot or Planhat.
