What you will do

• Set and execute social media and communication campaigns aligned with product, research, and marketing strategies.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns.
• Write comprehensive briefs for motion/graphic designers and content creators.
• Review and approve advertising creatives, providing edits and feedback.
• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising creatives and propose enhancements.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Creative Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or Performance marketing roles.
• Proven experience working with B2C mobile applications.
• Proficiency in English at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong analytical and creative skills.
• Experience analyzing key metrics of marketing campaigns.
• Research skills and ability to write technical tasks for designers.

Nice to have

• Experience in video and UGC content creation.
• Familiarity with web and app marketing.
• B2C niche market experience.
• Creative testing experience with Meta.
