What you will do

• Work alongside product managers to shape discovery and measure success through user behavior and data.
• Translate feedback, business goals, and technical limitations into clear product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure ideas are implemented effectively and shipped with quality.
• Enhance subscription analytics, dashboards, and visual tools to make complex data usable.
• Design and refine flow builders and shared patterns to strengthen the product's design system.
• Think in systems, analyze competitors, and connect product areas to ensure valuable solutions.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years designing desktop and web products, especially data-heavy interfaces and complex flows.
• Your portfolio demonstrates dashboards, analytical tools, and visual design that is effective for users.
• You have experience building or evolving design systems for product consistency and scalability.
• You prioritize UX, balancing user needs, business goals, and system constraints.
• You test ideas, validate hypotheses, and integrate new solutions into existing products.
• You communicate clearly, confidently defend your designs, and are highly skilled in Figma, from components to prototyping.

Nice to have

• Experience working on B2B SaaS products and/or mobile apps.
