What you will do

• Participate in user research and gather requirements with the Product Manager.
• Create personas, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Integrate Generative AI into both the design process and the product experiences you create.
• Develop UI components, design patterns, and templates for the Design System.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional design system team to establish, maintain, and evolve design system guidelines.
• Ensure UI components meet accessibility standards and support engineers during implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working at all stages of the UX process, from discovery to high-fidelity UI specifications.
• Ability to communicate a strong product design vision and influence business stakeholders and the product team.
• Excellent understanding of standards and best practices in designing for complex, data-rich, enterprise applications.
• High proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Strong communication skills in English.
