What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver aligned design solutions.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, data, and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence and growth.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the design system evolution.
• Lead or participate in user testing and usability studies to validate design decisions.
• Represent the company in design communities and industry events.

Requirements

• Must be located in Spain or work remotely within Spain.
• Proven experience in product design with strong autonomy and impact-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English (C1 level) and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Figma, prototyping tools, HTML, CSS, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of systems thinking, component-based design, and data-driven decision making.
• Portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-driven products and intuitive AI experiences.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
