What you will do

• Own and coordinate the implementation of hirify.global’s global B2B marketing strategy aligned with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive the shift from transactional to relational, community-driven marketing models and build genuine communities around the brand.
• Develop value-driven content, reports, and educational resources supporting community learning and thought leadership.
• Manage demand generation programs leveraging community, content, and events to drive high-quality inbound leads.
• Ensure brand asset quality and consistency across all marketing materials and digital presence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and marketing colleagues to integrate marketing across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in digital-related services and products
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to legally work under a Portugal-based contract
• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on capabilities in brand, content, growth, and relationship building
• Experience in digital advertising, martech, social media, and community-led marketing strategies is advantageous
• Excellent communication and community-building skills focused on long-term value creation
