What you will do
- Strategically lead the end-to-end creation, management, and promotion of high-impact customer proof points.
- Design and execute targeted customer engagement and communication programs to drive successful onboarding and accelerate feature adoption.
- Own and scale the global customer reference program, ensuring a robust pool of advocates.
- Establish and nurture high-value customer communities through structured programs.
- Spearhead Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives, translating feedback into actionable, strategic recommendations.
- Serve as a key partner to Customer Success, Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of progressive experience in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing (PMM), or Customer Success (CS) in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio showcasing strong storytelling.
- Deep experience designing, launching, and managing complex customer programs with measurable results.
- Outstanding ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
