Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands with office presence 60% of the time.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in data analysis and model development.
• Proficiency in Python and data manipulation libraries (NumPy, Pandas).
• Experience with genAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain) or image generation models (e.g., ControlNet).
• Familiarity with cloud AI suites (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience with Java or C++.
• Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Dutch language skills are a strong bonus.
