What you will do

• Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate, tax, migration, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements focusing on licenses, merchant, partnership, and marketing agreements.
• Conduct legal research, monitor legislative updates, and prepare summaries and reports to support decision-making.
• Lead or support legal projects coordinating with internal teams and external advisors on corporate, banking, financial, and compliance matters.
• Prepare and submit documents to authorities and liaise with governmental and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance guidelines, documentation, and policies.

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognized university with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Industry background in IT, FinTech, iGaming, or other regulated sectors is mandatory.
• Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of contract, corporate, intellectual property law, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent research, risk evaluation, and communication skills with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
