Junior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Implement the product strategy for credit bureau data products, including defining product goals, roadmaps, and features.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, development, and sales teams, to understand requirements and gather feedback.
• Drive the full product lifecycle, from idea generation and market analysis to implementation and monitoring.
• Serve as the key liaison between Sales, Legal, Analytics, IT, and senior leadership.
• Translate market and business needs into clear product requirements for IT teams.
• Identify new opportunities and trends to continuously improve products and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience (1-2 years) in product and project management, ideally in IT and data products.
• Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and persuade stakeholders.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
