What you will do

• Build and develop the Technical Solutions & Delivery team including hiring and onboarding.
• Plan and deliver integration projects ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and partner teams for smooth rollouts.
• Lead setup and configuration of customer environments including SSO and DMS integrations.
• Act as technical point of contact during onboarding and guide customers through implementation milestones.
• Provide solution scoping during sales and support complex customer issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stockholm and work onsite 5 days a week.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery or solutions engineering teams.
• Strong people management skills including hiring and coaching.
• Hands-on experience with authentication protocols and SSO configuration.
• Familiarity with document management system integrations (iManage, SharePoint, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
