What you will do

• Own and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure pragmatic Agile practices are applied consistently.
• Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyze business needs and collect requirements.
• Effectively translate and communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders within multidisciplinary teams.
• Analyze data to extract actionable insights from delivery performance metrics for improvement.
• Provide conflict resolution within delivery teams or with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain momentum by actively addressing risks and issues, tracking dependencies, and mitigating impediments.
• Interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts in collaboration with functional areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience as a software engineer (or equivalent hands-on technical role).
• Proven experience applying Agile principles to create clear, open, and transparent delivery frameworks.
• Hyper-organized, with the ability to simplify complicated information.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities and managing internal risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ability to deliver a project through its various stages of the product lifecycle from start to end.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for facilitating discussions within a multidisciplinary team.
