TL;DR

Customer Success Executive, Forward Deployed (AI, Medtech): Leading the onsite implementation, operationalization, and scaling of hirify.global solutions within client healthcare systems with an accent on post-sale execution, measurable outcomes, and strong adoption. Focus on building robust client relationships, aligning AI solutions with clinical workflows, and driving durable change in real-world clinical environments.

Location: Candidates must be based in Ohio and be able to travel to a client site in Northeast Ohio weekly. Periodic travel to HippocraticAI offices (e.g., Palo Alto) is also required.

What you will do

  • Serve as a forward-deployed lead, working onsite at client locations multiple days per week.
  • Own post-sale delivery, including workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare staff, operational leaders, and IT teams.
  • Lead product implementations, aligning solutions with nursing workflows and operational processes.
  • Train healthcare staff on hirify.global solutions, ensuring ongoing adoption and sustained success.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient care outcomes using AI tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
  • Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong project management skills for managing multiple onsite workstreams.

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying or scaling technology (AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS) in healthcare settings.
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance standards.
  • Background in healthcare consulting or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience presenting outcomes and best practices at conferences or executive forums.
