What you will do
- Manage the complete implementation lifecycle for mid-market customers, from sales handover to platform launch.
- Design platform architecture, guide technical setup (data imports, user management, integrations), and provide strategic learning advice.
- Ensure successful go-lives, high customer satisfaction, and capitalize on internal process improvements.
- Implement key integrations (SSO, HRIS, third-party tools) and provide technical guidance.
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge base, sharing resources for department scalability.
- Help onboard and mentor new implementation managers and contribute to process improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as Implementation Project Manager or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience deploying SaaS products, ideally in HR or learning technology.
- Ability to manage end-to-end projects with multiple stakeholders and concurrent implementations.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in integration topics (flat file, APIs, SSO).
- Solution-oriented mindset with a strong client-first approach.
- Fluent English (US/UK) or B2 level equivalent (FR, DE).
