What you will do

  • Provide hands-on IT support for Windows and macOS endpoints.
  • Manage office IT infrastructure, including networks and Wi-Fi.
  • Administer user accounts and access across SaaS tools like Google Workspace and internal systems.
  • Ensure endpoint security, patching, and compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Run secure and auditable onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain clear documentation and asset inventories.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and office networks.
  • Hands-on administration of user accounts and SaaS access.
  • Practical experience with endpoint protection, patching, and compliance reporting.
  • High standards for documentation, reporting, and operational discipline.
  • Ability to work in London (hybrid model).

Nice to have

  • Ability to define and improve IT solutions through automation or tooling.
  • Experience validating improvements through tests or pilots.
  • Exposure to fintech or other regulated environments.
  • Russian language proficiency.
