What you will do

• Deliver implementation services including installation, configurations, integrations, and training for hirify.global products.
• Maintain an expert level of knowledge of hirify.global products, Apple products, and related technologies.
• Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to ensure successful implementation and sustainability for client environments.
• Build and develop effective solutions for customers’ technical and organizational challenges.
• Perform administration activities such as documentation and case management in compliance with internal standards.
• Act as a project lead for departmental initiatives and provide mentoring and support to teammates and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience providing iOS and macOS related technical support or training to end-users.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as administrator for hirify.global products or related End Point Management Software.
• Ability to write complex scripts in Bash, Python, or Swift.
• Understanding of PKI and network solutions.
• 4 Year / Bachelor’s degree and hirify.global’s Associate, Tech, and Admin level certifications.
• Must be based in the UK or have sponsorship to live and work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Minimum 6 years of server platform experience (Windows and Linux).
• Experience with SaaS environments.
• Understanding of full hirify.global Product Portfolio.
• hirify.global’s Endpoint Security Admin and Expert level certifications.
