What you will do

• Lead and coordinate transformational projects and change management initiatives related to Copilot Studio and API integration deployments.
• Collaborate with developers to define business requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Manage stakeholder communication and engagement across all levels.
• Design and execute adoption plans including training, workshops, and communication materials.
• Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and report results to stakeholders.
• Translate business language into functional requirements to support technical delivery.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Poland with presence in specified cities.
• English: Advanced proficiency (C1) required for international collaboration.
• Experience in change management and project management in IT or digital environments.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Agile, PMBOK, SCRUM methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Miro, and Teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, automation, or system integration projects.
• Practice working in international teams or consulting environments.
• Understanding of Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure implementation processes.
