Location: Flexible and hybrid working from the Melbourne office (Collins Square), with an option to work from anywhere for up to 6 weeks per year.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end integrated campaigns for product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing across email and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Plan and deliver virtual and in-person events, managing logistics and promotion.
  • Analyze performance and present actionable insights to improve ROI across various digital channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, product, and compliance teams.
  • Support regional strategies while maintaining global brand positioning and voice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, preferably within crypto exchange, financial services, fintech, or trading platforms.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing best practices including paid media, SEO/SEM, social, and analytics.
  • Experience with lifecycle/email marketing platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven end-to-end campaign management and ROI reporting skills.
  • Solid event planning and execution skills.
  • Familiarity with crypto/blockchain is important.
