What you will do
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Retargeting.
- Build and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram including prospecting and retargeting.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and bid management.
- Monitor campaign performance daily to meet KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Create A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to improve landing page performance and ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work Melbourne time zone (AU, Melbourne).
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, ecommerce, or services.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution models.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining or improving ROAS.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

- Copywriting and creative direction skills for ads.
- Experience working with agencies, startups, or performance-driven companies.
