What you will do

• Own and manage the entire marketing function and strategy
• Optimize digital customer journey to enhance trust and brand legitimacy
• Create and execute marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies
• Maintain and optimize website content using WIX and manage EDM campaigns via MailChimp
• Develop marketing content from various sources including webinars and presentations
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and CEO/founder to align marketing with business vision

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time aligned with Sydney business hours
• 5+ years of marketing experience with senior-level strategic capabilities
• Proven experience in content creation, campaign development, and email marketing
• Proficient with WIX, MailChimp, and digital marketing tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in high-value or long sales-cycle environments
