What you will do
- Develop and execute the field marketing strategy for the ANZ region, collaborating with sales leaders to generate demand.
- Design and implement multi-touch and multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, events, and webinars.
- Plan and manage regional events such as conferences, trade shows, and workshops, coordinating logistics and promotional activities.
- Provide the sales team with marketing materials, lead intelligence, and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Work with strategic partners, resellers, and alliances to co-market solutions and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and optimizing programs based on data-driven insights.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Work with PR agencies to develop media relationships, craft press releases, and identify thought leadership and executive visibility opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry analysts, coordinating briefings and tracking industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ - 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, preferably in the technology and data analytics sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events in ANZ.
- Strong understanding of the ANZ market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation, CRM, and analytics software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Ability to travel within the Asia Pacific region for regional meetings and Europe once a year.
