What you will do

• Become an expert in hirify.global software and manage platform configuration changes for clients
• Process and drive inbound client requests to completion including troubleshooting and data management
• Assist with project management and service delivery throughout client engagements
• Analyze and compare large data sets using Excel for quality assurance
• Document unique client nuances and contribute to internal process documentation
• Provide product feedback to leadership and relevant teams

Requirements

• Location: Based in Manila, Philippines
• 1-3 years of operations, customer support, or analyst experience
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, process-driven, and able to work autonomously
• Interest in technology and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
