What you will do

• Own data reporting and analysis to demonstrate ROI and performance metrics for customers.
• Create high-quality presentation assets for meetings and business reviews.
• Manage project documentation and deployment trackers to maintain accurate customer status.
• Configure and troubleshoot AI legal agents, refining templates and playbooks.
• Support ALSP/MSP partners with infrastructure setup and technical query triage.
• Automate manual processes using LLMs, scripts, and no-code tools to build scalable internal systems.

Requirements

• Based in London or within ~1.5 hour commute with hybrid work attendance (1 day/week in-office)
• 1-2 years experience in operations, business analysis, or systems integration, or equivalent internships.
• Proactive with ability to use AI tools and no-code platforms for automation.
• Strong data skills including cleaning, analysis, and presentation building.
• Detail-oriented with a bias for execution and delivering polished work.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English)
