What you will do

• Champion AI use in software development lifecycle, defining best practices and ensuring responsible deployment
• Develop and deliver AI training and workshops for developers
• Implement and manage developer onboarding and improve software development processes
• Maintain developer toolchains and collaborate on productivity and satisfaction metrics
• Own code quality tools and strengthen code review and testing practices
• Advocate for developer needs and foster a culture of learning and collaboration

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and work remotely
• 7+ years software development experience with Ruby and Go; Python experience for AI integrations is a plus
• Experience with Cursor IDE required
• Proven success implementing AI-driven engineering practices
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-team collaboration
• Strong product mindset and experience leading transformational projects in complex environments
