What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year analytics strategy aligned with company objectives to elevate data maturity and enable real-time insights.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across Finance, HR, Marketing, Product, and Operations to inform analytics priorities and resource allocation.
• Establish KPIs, design executive dashboards, and communicate insights with strong business context and recommendations.
• Own data governance, quality, and accessibility in collaboration with Data Platforms and Engineering teams.
• Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and technical requirements, communicating complex concepts clearly.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada (remote role limited to these countries).
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in analytics or data-driven roles with 5+ years leading teams at scale, preferably in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity domains.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and familiarity with big data/cloud technologies (Hadoop, Spark, AWS, GCP).
• Proven leadership skills with ability to influence senior executives and connect analytics to strategic business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
