TL;DR

Data Analyst (D2C Growth Marketing): Delivering data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance, customer targeting, and acquisition for the D2C business with an accent on improving efficiency and effectiveness of acquisition marketing across paid channels. Focus on developing measurement and modelling frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modelling and Multi-Touch Attribution, and providing actionable insights for CPA, ROI, and CLV.

Location: Hybrid, minimum 50% in office in London, UK. New team members will have an initial period full-time in the office.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

What you will do

  • Support performance analysis and optimisation strategies across digital and offline acquisition channels (e.g., paid search, paid social).
  • Track and evaluate key metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, ROI, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Develop measurement and modelling frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Extract, transform, and validate data, building and maintaining automated dashboards and reports for acquisition performance.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover audience behaviours, segment performance, and channel synergies.
  • Collaborate with BI/Data Engineering, Data teams, and marketing/finance stakeholders to enhance data pipelines, attribution, and connect acquisition data with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or Marketing Analyst, ideally in financial services, fintech, or another regulated sector.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing data sources (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM systems and CDP platforms).
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics concepts (CPA, ROI, funnel analysis, attribution, CLV).
