Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day security threat management and incident response including 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Drive improvements in security processes, procedures, and automation.
• Develop and optimize detection use cases and lead threat hunting missions.
• Collaborate with teams on technical security solutions and analyze security events globally.
• Manage security systems including log collection, scanning, and intrusion detection.
• Design automation to reduce false positives and analyze system security posture.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of relevant information security experience
• Strong Python scripting skills for security automation
• Knowledge of networking and macOS, Windows, or Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of cloud security fundamentals and experience with security technology deployment.
• Experience with malware analysis, forensics, or penetration testing.
• Ability to build queries and dashboards for security monitoring.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elastic / OpenSearch or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with open source security automation tools.
