What you will do
- Manage and execute events, webinars, and third-party conferences in Northern Europe including budget, planning, promotion, and post-event reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for field events and webinars including materials and shipping.
- Develop internal and external event communications including emails and social media posts.
- Liaise with external suppliers and partners to support event execution.
- Collaborate with sales, alliances, and customer success teams to prepare event content and approaches.
- Support local digital and ABM campaigns to generate pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, business, sustainability, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience delivering field events and campaigns end to end.
- Experience with B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in procurement, sustainability, or compliance solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 level required).
- Ability to travel approximately 6 times per year.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Swedish or Dutch.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience with ABM tactics.
