What you will do

• Manage and execute events, webinars, and third-party conferences in Northern Europe including budget, planning, promotion, and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for field events and webinars including materials and shipping.
• Develop internal and external event communications including emails and social media posts.
• Liaise with external suppliers and partners to support event execution.
• Collaborate with sales, alliances, and customer success teams to prepare event content and approaches.
• Support local digital and ABM campaigns to generate pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, business, sustainability, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience delivering field events and campaigns end to end.
• Experience with B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in procurement, sustainability, or compliance solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 level required).
• Ability to travel approximately 6 times per year.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Swedish or Dutch.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience with ABM tactics.
