What you will do

• Deliver performance targets and create sustainable unit economics, especially in the Australian market by growing non-paid sources and working on conversion rate optimizations.
• Support hitting trading targets in UK & US markets, focusing on diversifying paid marketing channels like PPC, affiliates, and social.
• Oversee end-to-end management, strategy, delivery, and optimization of online marketing with a large budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver against OKRs/Missions, increasing traffic from non-paid sources and improving paid activity efficiency.
• Develop and execute testing and learning plans to optimize media investments and review/propose changes to the Martech stack.
• Leverage AI for production efficiencies.

Requirements

• Expert online marketer with a track record of successfully managing a multi-million pound acquisition budget and navigating intensive transformation or challenging growth scenarios.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, especially with Google and Meta platforms.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to marketing impact.
• Experience in web and app analytics (Google Analytics, Branch, AppsFlyer, SEM Rush etc.) and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Advertising).
