TL;DR

Partnership Marketing & Demand Generation Manager (Marketing): Designing and executing marketing initiatives to generate demand and pipeline for partners across UK&I, NL & Nordics with an accent on campaign execution, content creation, and GTM strategies. Focus on turning collaboration into revenue, optimising initiatives with data, and scaling partner demand generation across strategic regions.

Location: Barcelona, Spain. This role involves working from the Barcelona office.

Salary: €30,000–€35,000 OTE (80/20 fixed/variable).

What you will do

  • Design and execute partner marketing acquisition strategies to support regional business and revenue objectives.
  • Build and deliver co-marketing plans with key partners, driving demand through events, webinars, and content.
  • Plan and execute Go-To-Market strategies with partners across UK&I, NL & Nordics.
  • Create and deliver compelling marketing materials and support to enable partner success.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize initiatives using data to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Track and report impact through key metrics such as leads, conversions, pipeline, and revenue.

Requirements

  • English expert (C1+); additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in B2B Digital Marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven experience with partner or co-marketing initiatives (content, events, GTM, demand generation).
  • Understanding of how marketing supports sales and revenue objectives.
  • Strong collaboration skills, both internal and external.
  • Comfortable testing, iterating, and learning in fast-paced environments.
