What you will do
- Analyze user behavior, segment, and build strategies to maximize conversion rate from free user to paid customer.
- Define, implement, and optimize omnichannel flows in Braze (Email, Push notifications & In-App).
- Set-up, launch, and control one-shot campaigns and customer surveys.
- Suggest improvements and experiment with A/B testing for results optimization.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and share learning summaries with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Around 4 years of experience in Marketing Automation and working with Braze as a personalization platform.
- Familiarity with concepts from direct marketing, persuasive copywriting, buyer psychology, and neuromarketing.
- Experience creating and executing AB tests, Growth, or CRO projects.
- Strong analytical skills, passion for problem-solving, and expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) for clear and effective asynchronous communication.
- Ability to work within a 2-hour time difference from Spain (GMT+1).
