TL;DR

Senior Customer Relationship Manager: Optimizing the Buyer Journey and maximizing conversion rate from free user to paid customer with an accent on A/B testing, omnichannel flows (Email, Push, In-App). Focus on analyzing user behavior, setting up one-shot campaigns, and monitoring KPIs for results optimization.

Location: Remote from anywhere within a 2-hour difference from Spain (GMT+1), with an option to work from offices in Madrid. Visa sponsorship for the EU is provided if needed.

What you will do

  • Analyze user behavior, segment, and build strategies to maximize conversion rate from free user to paid customer.
  • Define, implement, and optimize omnichannel flows in Braze (Email, Push notifications & In-App).
  • Set-up, launch, and control one-shot campaigns and customer surveys.
  • Suggest improvements and experiment with A/B testing for results optimization.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and share learning summaries with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Around 4 years of experience in Marketing Automation and working with Braze as a personalization platform.
  • Familiarity with concepts from direct marketing, persuasive copywriting, buyer psychology, and neuromarketing.
  • Experience creating and executing AB tests, Growth, or CRO projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, passion for problem-solving, and expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) for clear and effective asynchronous communication.
  • Ability to work within a 2-hour time difference from Spain (GMT+1).
