What you will do

• Design, develop, and own end-to-end code for hirify.global Connect cloud contact center services.
• Collaborate with senior technical leaders across AWS to build scalable and resilient systems.
• Innovate on AI-powered customer service solutions integrating AWS services like hirify.global Lex, Polly, Lambda, S3, and Kinesis.
• Deliver high-quality software addressing real customer needs and business challenges.
• Work across the stack including modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, and Big Data technologies.

Requirements

• Location: Remote within the United States
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
• English: B2 level or higher
