Salary: $177,000 - $276,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a multi-tiered Client Success organization including managers of managers.
  • Drive adoption, retention, renewal, and net revenue retention across Core and Strategic clients.
  • Provide strategic oversight across the full client lifecycle partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Support.
  • Leverage data and AI-enabled tools to improve team efficiency and identify client risks and growth opportunities.
  • Drive consistent success planning and clear KPIs to maximize platform utilization.
  • Act as primary escalation point for complex issues and lead executive-level client conversations.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • 12+ years in client-facing roles with experience managing other people managers.
  • Experience with complex or technical products, preferably in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or FinTech.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for C-suite interactions.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment with resilience and strategic mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
