What you will do
- Hire, lead, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers delivering strategic technical guidance to enterprise clients.
- Manage complex technical escalations and act as senior point of contact for critical issues.
- Define coverage models, engagement frameworks, and account alignment strategies to support scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Support leadership.
- Standardize onboarding, integration, and optimization processes across the team.
- Monitor client and team performance metrics and lead initiatives to evolve methodologies and tooling.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or work remotely within the US
- 8+ years in technical account management, implementation, or solutions engineering in B2B SaaS or marketplace roles.
- 5+ years leading or mentoring technical or customer-facing teams.
- Strong communication skills to influence technical and executive audiences.
- High proficiency with Salesforce and related tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance in fast-paced environments.
