What you will do

  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers delivering strategic technical guidance to enterprise clients.
  • Manage complex technical escalations and act as senior point of contact for critical issues.
  • Define coverage models, engagement frameworks, and account alignment strategies to support scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Support leadership.
  • Standardize onboarding, integration, and optimization processes across the team.
  • Monitor client and team performance metrics and lead initiatives to evolve methodologies and tooling.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or work remotely within the US
  • 8+ years in technical account management, implementation, or solutions engineering in B2B SaaS or marketplace roles.
  • 5+ years leading or mentoring technical or customer-facing teams.
  • Strong communication skills to influence technical and executive audiences.
  • High proficiency with Salesforce and related tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance in fast-paced environments.
