Salary: $198,500 - $297,800 annually

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, metrics, and engagement sponsorship for a team of implementation consultants.
• Serve as an engagement sponsor, ensuring project progress and resolving issues with key customer and internal contacts.
• Partner with other managers to optimize team utilization and project coverage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, and Solution Architecture teams to align with user requirements.
• Work with account teams and users to present the value of professional services, identify, qualify, scope, and negotiate professional service agreements.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to escalate and resolve issues, incorporating user feedback into product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading and managing client-facing Professional Services teams.
• Experience in account management, leading technical and implementation resources, and scoping/selling professional services.
• High-quality communicator able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to operate in a collaborative cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Demonstrated mentorship capabilities and ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced dynamic environment.
