Business Process Manager

TL;DR

Business Process Manager: Defining and implementing business process management governance models for hirify.global BeLux with an accent on process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Focus on designing and implementing strategies, maintaining process documentation, and leading cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Bruxelles. Monthly travel to other European entities (Paris, Prague, …) is required.

What you will do

• Define and implement Business Process Management governance models, including process ownership, measurement, and monitoring.
• Implement approaches and tooling for the analysis and improvement of business processes.
• Manage and maintain process libraries and controls with defined version controls.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
• Design and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Business Engineering, and/or Management.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or similar methodologies.
• 10+ years of industry experience, preferably handling business flows or process automation in complex organizations, of which 2-3 years should be in Digital transformations context.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of Business Process Modelling/BPMN, DMN, UML.
• Good level of spoken and written English & French is required (Dutch is a plus).

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools like Cognos, Tableau or Power BI.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in change management.
