What you will do

• Create forecasts for call, email, and chat volumes to ensure schedules meet business and team wellbeing needs.
• Develop short- and long-term forecasts using historical data, business inputs, and scenario modeling.
• Build and present analyses explaining performance trends and recommend actions to improve efficiency and service.
• Create strategic workforce plans influencing hiring, shift structures, and resource allocation.
• Partner with senior leadership and operations to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and workforce planning processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Ghent, Belgium
• Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce planning and forecasting.
• Strong skills in workforce modeling, Excel, Google Sheets, and WFM tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
