What you will do

• Lead local teams and act as a strategic partner for global Commercial Operations.
• Manage daily operations, attendance, and adherence to site policies for local teams.
• Own specific global processes, deliver management updates, and maintain documentation repositories.
• Identify and champion global process improvements.
• Implement global training locally and identify skill gaps.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of commercial operations processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and manage changes.
• Proficiency in knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Certification in Strategic Management, Project and Risk Management, or similar.
• Proven understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
