What you will do
- Direct and manage project development and delivery from start to finish, managing expectations with stakeholders.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and communication documents.
- Estimate and negotiate resource allocation with department managers.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and changes proactively.
- Build and maintain business relationships critical to project success.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in call recording or telephony industry.
- Strong skills in project planning, coordination, risk and resource management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMI Certification (PMP) mandatory
