• Direct and manage project development and delivery from start to finish, managing expectations with stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and communication documents.
• Estimate and negotiate resource allocation with department managers.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and changes proactively.
• Build and maintain business relationships critical to project success.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in call recording or telephony industry.
• Strong skills in project planning, coordination, risk and resource management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PMI Certification (PMP) mandatory
